As an advertising and public relations major with a statistics and data analytics minor, I focus on leveraging data-driven insights to shape creative vision and deliver impactful results.
As a Vietnamese-American woman with intersecting identities, I bring unique perspectives and raw authenticity to every project.
Hi! Iām Kelly.
Creative Strategist
MY values
adaptability
I believe that to improve is to change. The industry is everchanging. And when these changes come, I will be ready to adjust with an open mind to be proactive and resourceful.
teamwork
Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much. Through the exchange of ideas and combining different personal skillsets, I learn the most from the people I collaborate with.
hard work
I believe in going above and beyond, pushing boundaries to achieve the highest quality results. A hard-working spirit inspires and motivates others to continuously improve.
Passion
Hard work is just the half of it. Passion gives me purpose in the things I do. Passion drives me to work past any challenges that come my way.
diversity and inclusion
Everyone carries intersecting identities that contribute to different life experiences. I believe that to better understand these different experiences is to get to know the people who carry them.
empathy
I believe having empathy better positions me to effectively work in a team and develop relationships.

My parents immigrated and built their new home in Nebraska from scratch. Growing up, I watched my parents work tirelessly against all odds to raise me and create a space for themselves in a new country. They showed me that all it takes is hard work, determination and faith.
So, my work is rooted in my values and the stories I carry as a Vietnamese-American woman. As I enter the advertising industry, my vision is to create projects that genuinely represent the underrepresented and to challenge dominant narratives to create a more inclusive and culturally rich media landscape.
